Website enquiry privacy.

The project enquiry form asks for your name, email, company and a short project outline, with applications, approximate users and timing. The optional assessment collects the workload details you choose to provide. Please do not send project files, confidential client information or credentials.

We use the information to review and respond to your request and manage any follow-up you agree to. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, the enquiry database and website media storage. Authorised handlers use VivaCore’s Microsoft 365 mailbox, provided through GoDaddy, to reply to enquiries. Website processing is not represented as Canadian-only. Enquiry information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

The form uses a functional session cookie, signed submission tokens and limited hashed abuse-control identifiers. Website enquiries are retained for up to 12 months from submission, unless an ongoing matter or applicable obligation requires longer retention. Open matters are reviewed before deletion. Please do not send sensitive project data through this channel.

Contact info@vivacore.ca to ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or stop further follow-up. Any information that must be retained for an applicable obligation will be explained.

The enquiry process uses a functional session cookie to protect submissions. Optional analytics and advertising trackers are disabled. An enquiry does not create a marketing subscription.
